About the property

Zermatt Lodge is a five-bedroom penthouse apartment for ten guests, with 320 m² of accommodation, a private outdoor hot tub and a sauna. Set beneath the roof of a residential building, it offers a spacious setting for a catered ski holiday in Zermatt.

The main room combines a large sitting area, dining table and open kitchen beneath exposed timber beams. A central suspended fireplace divides the space without closing it off, while windows and balconies frame views towards the Matterhorn.

The principal bedroom has its own fireplace and balcony access. Its bathing area includes an open-plan bathtub, with a separate shower room and WC; check the photographs if privacy is a priority. Four further bedrooms can be prepared as doubles or twins and have en-suite bath or shower rooms and access to a shared balcony.

The hot tub occupies a covered outdoor balcony, and the private sauna provides another place to relax after skiing. A lift reaches the penthouse, laundry facilities are available, and ski storage is shared with the building.

The published catered package includes six evening dinners, breakfasts, selected drinks and housekeeping. The train station, high street and mountain transport are reached on foot or by electro-taxi. Confirm the walking route, luggage arrangements and service details for your dates.

Location & skiing

A residential building near the northern end of central Zermatt. The primary listing gives approximately seven minutes on foot to the train station and Bahnhofstrasse, eight minutes to the Gornergrat railway and nine minutes to the Sunnegga funicular. A bus stop is around three minutes away; Matterhorn Express is around five minutes by electro-taxi or bus. Routes and winter walking times vary. The map shows a sourced approximate building position; arrival access is confirmed before your stay.

Winter 2026–27 guide for currently priced seven-night catered stays: CHF 28,000 – CHF 31,000. Includes daily breakfast (continental on the staff day off), afternoon tea on six days, six evening dinners, selected wines, an open drinks bar, daily housekeeping and in-resort arrival/departure electro-taxi transfers under the advertised package. Airport transfers, additional taxi services, equipment, passes, lessons, childcare and treatments cost extra. Availability and the final price are confirmed on enquiry.
