About the property

Zems Lodge is a five-storey chalet in Morzine with 500 m² of accommodation for eight adults and six children. Its four adult bedrooms and two children's bunk rooms suit families travelling together, with a lift linking the floors.

The main lounge sits beneath exposed roof timbers around a suspended fireplace. A separate dining space and kitchen open towards the terrace, while the upper bar and pool table provide a setting for evenings together. A television snug and projector cinema offer further places to unwind.

On the south-facing terrace, a private tiled swim spa with Jacuzzi jets sits beside a glass-fronted sauna. There is also a treatment room, with treatments charged separately. A dedicated ski and boot room provides storage for the group's equipment.

The principal double/twin suite occupies its own upper sleeping floor, with a terrace, freestanding bath and en-suite shower room. Three further double/twins and two three-place children's bunk rooms occupy the lower sleeping floor. The bunk rooms use a dedicated shower room or the communal bathroom, rather than each having an en-suite bathroom.

The displayed relaxed catered package includes cooked and continental breakfasts, afternoon tea and family-style evening meals on five nights, with selected wine, scheduled resort shuttles and mid-week housekeeping. The classic catered upgrade, with three-course dinners, daily housekeeping and an on-call driver, costs extra. Confirm the complete menu, drinks and shuttle schedule in your quotation.

Location & skiing

Near the footbridge into central Morzine. The primary listing estimates roughly five minutes on foot to the centre and Super Morzine, subject to the route and winter conditions. It gives approximately ten minutes by car to Pleney and fifteen to Prodains. Confirm shuttle arrangements and access before arrival. The map shows the sourced approximate chalet position, not a verified entrance.
