About the property

Three Bears is a catered chalet above Morzine with three bedrooms for up to eight guests. Two double rooms and a four-place bunk room make it particularly suited to families or a group comfortable with bunk accommodation.

The upper living floor has a fireplace lounge beneath a vaulted roof. A short flight of steps separates it from the kitchen and dining area. Wide windows and a balcony look over Morzine towards the Pleney slopes.

A sheltered corner of the balcony holds a private hot tub. Equipment can be stored in the ski room with heated boot racks. The sister chalet Goldilocks stands next door and is a separate property, excluded from this rental.

All three bedrooms are on the lower floor. The principal fixed double has a private balcony and en-suite bathroom. The second fixed double and quad bunk room share balcony access and each has an en-suite shower room.

The catered package includes daily breakfast and afternoon tea, dinner with selected wines on five evenings, house drinks and housekeeping on five days. Two mornings have continental breakfast only. The resort driver is advertised from 08:00 to 20:00, with an on-call middle period; confirm dated schedules. Premium drinks, transfers and treatments cost extra.

Above Morzine, facing the Pleney slopes. Super Morzine is approximately twelve minutes on foot via the footbridge or ten minutes by car. Pleney is roughly seven minutes by car and the centre around five, according to the source. Confirm winter routes.
