About the property

The Falcon Chalet is a characterful Lech home with carved timber, a distinctive fireplace and a broad dining area beneath a pitched roof. It offers a smaller-scale alternative to the resort's very large estates, while retaining a private spa with a hot tub, sauna and relaxation space. A wine cellar and bar provide a setting for evenings at home. Balconies and terraces extend the living areas, and an internal lift connects the chalet's levels.

Four bedrooms accommodate eight. The first floor contains a master double and two further double rooms with balcony access. A twin room occupies the second floor. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities; the chalet also has ski storage and heated boot facilities.

In Lech near the Schlosskopf lift, approximately five minutes away on foot or two minutes by car. The village centre is also around a five-minute walk.

The advertised base arrangement includes breakfast, afternoon tea, daily housekeeping and an in-resort driver. A private chef can be requested separately. Evening catering and additional services require a specific quotation; they should not be assumed to form part of the breakfast package.
