About the property

The Calima Estate brings Chalet Calima and Chalet Sirocco together for a group holiday in Verbier. This combined booking accommodates sixteen guests across eight en suite bedrooms, offering the space of two neighbouring homes with a catered service. It is suited to extended families and friends who want to holiday together while retaining separate living spaces.

Both chalets enjoy an elevated Sonalon setting with views across the resort and the Val de Bagnes. Timber beams, large windows and fireplaces give the living rooms a warm Alpine atmosphere. Balconies and terraces extend the interiors outdoors, while equipped kitchens and dining areas allow the group to gather for meals or spend time independently.

Two private spa areas provide plenty of ways to unwind after skiing. Indoor swimming pools, hot tubs, sauna and hammam facilities create a relaxing alternative to the mountain, with gym and treatment spaces adding further options. Cinema rooms and a wine cellar make evenings at home equally appealing. Treatments and specialist services can be arranged separately.

Four bedrooms are located in each chalet. Selected rooms offer double or twin configurations, and all have private bathroom or shower facilities. Most bedrooms open directly onto a balcony or terrace, bringing the mountain scenery into the morning routine.

The catered package includes a chalet team, chef, housekeeping, open bar and a resort driver available around the clock. Ski rooms, laundry facilities, internal lifts and garage parking add convenience. Your quotation confirms dates, bedroom arrangements, seasonal facilities and the inclusions for both properties.

Sleeping & living spaces

Combined accommodation: Chalet Calima plus Chalet Sirocco, each sleeping eight guests in four en-suite bedrooms; total sixteen guests and eight bedrooms.

Calima first floor: one master double/twin with en-suite bathroom and shower; two doubles with en-suite shower rooms; one double/twin with en-suite shower room. Top floor: lounge, dining area, kitchen and balcony. Ground floor: cinema, ski room, laundry and garage. Lower ground floor: indoor pool, hot tub, gym, treatment room and terrace with outdoor hot tub.

Sirocco first floor: master double with dressing room, terrace and en-suite bathroom with shower; double/twin with en-suite shower room and terrace. Top floor: double/twin with en-suite bathroom and shower; double (140 cm) with en-suite shower room, both with balconies. Second floor: lounge, kitchen, dining room and terrace. Ground floor: pool, sauna, hammam, cinema, wine cellar and terrace with outdoor pool and hot tub. Lower ground floor: laundry and technical space.

Each chalet has an internal lift. Twin arrangements and seasonal outdoor facilities are confirmed before arrival.

Location & skiing

Sonalon, Verbier, Switzerland. Two neighbouring chalets above the resort with views across the valley. Approximately two minutes by car to Savoleyres, seven minutes to Médran and five minutes to Place Centrale, using the included resort driver. Travel times are approximate.

Combined booking of Chalet Calima and Chalet Sirocco, for sixteen guests in eight bedrooms. This is not a third standalone building. Both chalets can also be rented individually, subject to availability.

Winter 2026–27 advertised rates: CHF 90,000 for seven nights from 10 January 2027 and CHF 290,000 for seven nights from 27 December 2026, for exclusive use of both chalets with gourmet catering, open bar and a 24-hour in-resort driver. Indicative dated prices; final quotation and availability require confirmation.

The advertised catered service includes a chef, manager and hosts, breakfast daily (one day continental only), afternoon tea on six days, dinner and canapés on five nights, housekeeping, linen, towels, toiletries and end-of-stay cleaning. Transfers, ski passes, equipment, lessons, childcare and spa treatments are additional. Seasonal wellness arrangements are confirmed with your booking.
