About the property

The Barn offers a warm, richly textured base in Oberlech, with dark timber, deep red upholstery and broad windows looking towards the mountains. A central fireplace divides the main lounge and dining spaces, while the terrace provides outdoor seating, a bar and a kitchen. The private wellness floor includes an indoor pool, sauna, steam room and treatment room. For evenings indoors, the entertainment lounge brings together snooker, comfortable seating, a bar and a projector screen.

Seven double bedrooms accommodate fourteen guests across two sleeping levels. Every room has en-suite facilities. Six have access to a private or shared balcony; the remaining room has no balcony. An internal lift serves the floors.

Approximately fifty metres from a blue piste in Oberlech, with Lech village around seven minutes away by car. Ski equipment can be stored in the chalet's dedicated room.

The chalet is advertised with catering, housekeeping and an in-resort driver service. Drinks are charged separately under the reviewed package.
