About the property

Paragon is a substantial private ski estate in Beaver Creek’s gated Strawberry Park neighbourhood. Approximately 855 m² of accommodation combines seven en-suite bedrooms for fourteen guests with a private cinema, gym and games lounge. Large windows, exposed timber and stonework frame a house designed for extended time together in the mountains.

The main living room centres on a tall stone fireplace, with generous glazing drawing the mountain setting into the room. A formal dining area and separate breakfast seating adjoin a kitchen with a copper hood, Viking appliances, a walk-in refrigerator and a butler’s pantry. Outdoor living continues on a covered terrace with a barbecue and television.

Downstairs, a games lounge brings together a pool table, table football, a card-playing corner and a wet bar. A dedicated cinema offers another place to unwind. The fitness room has cardio equipment and weights, while a separate massage room allows treatments to be arranged privately. Outdoors, a sunken hot tub, fire pit and water feature create a relaxed gathering space. The hot tub is separate from a swimming pool; no private swimming pool is advertised by the operator.

Six bedrooms have king beds and the seventh has two single beds. All seven are en-suite. The principal suite includes a fireplace, sitting area, desk, patio access and a bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower. The operator lists eight full bathrooms and an additional half bathroom across the house.

A private connecting trail provides ski-in/ski-out access below the Elkhorn lift when snow and resort operations permit. This route is generally unavailable at the beginning and end of the season. Ski storage, two laundry sets and a heated garage support a longer mountain stay. Shared resort shuttle arrangements are available through Village Connect; confirm current hours and coverage for your dates.

The stay is offered on a self-catered basis, with guest-services planning support. A private chef, groceries, treatments, transfers and other additional services can be requested separately. The property does not have air conditioning. Price, availability, minimum stay and the complete list of services are confirmed in a dated quotation.

Main level: three king rooms (rooms 5–7), including a room with patio access. Eight full bathrooms and one half bathroom are advertised across the house. Main living room, formal dining area, breakfast seating, kitchen and butler’s pantry. Lower games lounge with wet bar, pool table, table football and card corner; cinema, gym and separate massage room. Covered terrace with barbecue/TV, outdoor hot tub and fire pit. Location & skiing

In gated Strawberry Park, Beaver Creek, Colorado, just below the Elkhorn lift. A private connecting trail provides ski-in/ski-out access subject to snow and resort operations; it is generally unavailable in early and late season. Shared Village Connect resort shuttle service is advertised; confirm operating times, coverage and ski-school connections. The map uses the operator’s published property position and is approximate rather than an independently verified entrance. Arrival directions are confirmed before the stay.
