About the property

Lyskamm Lodge is a four-bedroom Zermatt apartment with 220 m² of accommodation for eight guests, plus a ninth place on a sofa bed in the mezzanine TV snug. It combines private living spaces and Matterhorn views with access to a shared residence pool and spa.

The main room gathers the kitchen, dining table and sofa seating around a fireplace. A timber ceiling, broad windows and balcony bring the mountain setting into the apartment. The mezzanine snug provides a quieter place to watch television and doubles as the additional sleeping area when required.

Four bedrooms occupy the two lower accommodation floors. Each can be prepared as a double or twin. Two have en-suite bathrooms and two use separate shower rooms, so the layout is worth reviewing before assigning rooms. The sofa bed is additional sleeping space rather than a fifth bedroom.

Guests share an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, small fitness room and treatment area with other apartments in the building. A communal lobby and ski room with boot warmers are also provided. Lift access and a spiral staircase connect the accommodation floors.

The advertised self-catered guide includes station meet-and-greet and transport to the property. Confirm meals, cleaning, shopping, treatments and any other services in your quotation. The shared wellness facilities should not be confused with exclusive use of a chalet spa.

Location & skiing

A residence near the Matterhorn Express base station in Zermatt. The published distance is around 100 metres downhill to the gondola, approximately two minutes on foot, with the main high street around twelve minutes away. Electro-taxis and buses are available near the gondola station. Routes, weather and winter surfaces affect travel times. The map shows a sourced approximate residence position; confirm the actual arrival route and apartment access before your stay.
