About the property

Le Chalet Mont Blanc offers a mountain home in Le Coupeau, above Les Houches in the Chamonix Valley. Set within grounds, the chalet combines twelve ensuite bedrooms with extensive living and wellness spaces across approximately 1,000 square metres.

The principal lounge rises beneath a double-height ceiling, where large windows frame the Mont Blanc massif. A fireplace anchors the seating area, while the adjoining dining space opens onto a balcony. Two additional living areas, each with a kitchen and dining space, give larger groups room to spread out.

On the lowest level, the indoor swimming pool has a counter-current feature and mountain-facing windows. Guests can unwind in the sauna, exercise in the gym or arrange treatments in the massage room. A separate television lounge and reading corner provide quieter alternatives.

The bedroom layout includes three master doubles and nine rooms offering double or twin arrangements. Every bedroom has access to a balcony or terrace. An adapted studio bedroom supports guests with reduced mobility, and an internal lift connects the five floors. Individual accessibility needs should be discussed before booking.

A conference room can accommodate group meetings or serve as an additional television room. Ski storage with boot warmers, laundry facilities and private parking support longer stays.

The Les Houches lifts are approximately five minutes away by car, with central Chamonix around ten to fifteen minutes away. Catered stays include daily breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner on five evenings, selected drinks, housekeeping and an in-resort chauffeur. Additional bunk accommodation requires a separate agreement.

Twelve ensuite guest bedrooms for twenty-four: upper penthouse three masters (two bathrooms with showers, one shower room); lower penthouse three double/twins (one bathroom, two shower rooms); executive suite one two double/twins (one bathroom, one shower room); lower executive level three double/twins plus adapted studio double/twin (one bathroom and three shower rooms). All have balcony or terrace access. Extra three-person bunk room with bathroom by request, excluded from standard capacity. Five floors with lift, indoor counter-current pool, sauna, gym, massage room, multiple lounges/kitchens, TV room, reading corner, conference room, ski storage, laundry and parking.

Le Coupeau above Les Houches, Chamonix Valley. Approximately five minutes by car to Les Houches lifts and village; ten to fifteen minutes to central Chamonix, fifteen to Brévent/Flégère and twenty-five to thirty to Argentière/Le Tour.
