About the property

Kinabalu Penthouse 34 is a 181 m² duplex apartment in central Les Gets with six double bedrooms for twelve guests. The accommodation combines private living spaces with access to the residence’s shared pool, spa and fitness facilities.

A central fireplace separates the blue-sofa lounge from the dining table and fitted kitchen. Timber beams and broad windows frame the room, while a landing upstairs offers additional play space under the eaves. Covered balconies have outdoor seating.

The pool, spa, fitness room and treatment spaces belong to the residence and are shared with other guests. This apartment does not have a private hot tub. Laundry facilities, heated ski lockers and one underground parking place are available; on-site restaurants and equipment rental are separately paid.

Three doubles occupy each floor. Five have their own bath or shower facilities, and three rooms have balcony access. The sixth upper double has no en-suite facilities and must share another upper bedroom’s bathroom. Agree this arrangement with the group before booking.

The selected bed-and-breakfast package includes breakfast delivered daily, daily housekeeping, access to the residence’s shared wellness facilities and one underground parking place. A EUR60 administration fee is extra. Additional parking, treatments, baby equipment and other services cost extra; external service providers need prior agreement.

On Rue des Grandes Alpes close to Les Gets’ shops and restaurants. Mont Chéry is around three minutes on foot, with the main Chavannes snow front roughly five minutes away.
