About the property

Goldilocks is a five-bedroom catered chalet above Morzine for eight adults and four bunk-room guests. A private hot tub, barrel sauna and cinema complement terraces looking across the valley towards Pleney.

The top lounge sits beneath a double-height timber roof, with a fireplace and large windows. A split-level dining area and kitchen occupy the floor below the sitting space. A balcony and larger terrace provide outdoor seating and a firepit.

The terrace has the hot tub and barrel sauna. Indoors are a fitness room and a twelve-seat cinema with a bar. A lift links only the first three of the chalet’s five floors; access to the upper living areas still involves stairs. Garage parking and heated ski/boot storage are available.

Four fixed double bedrooms occupy the second floor, each with its own bath or shower facilities. Two have private balconies and two share a balcony. A four-place bunk room on the first floor has an en-suite bathroom. Twin conversions are not promised.

The catered package includes daily breakfast and afternoon tea, dinner with selected wines on five evenings, house drinks and housekeeping on five days. Two mornings have continental breakfast only. The resort driver is advertised from 08:00 to 20:00, with an on-call middle period; confirm dated schedules. Premium drinks, transfers and treatments cost extra.

Above Morzine facing the Pleney slopes. Super Morzine is approximately twelve minutes on foot via the bridge or ten minutes by car; Pleney about seven minutes by car and the centre five.
