About the property

Chalet Xanadu is a six-bedroom catered chalet in Morzine’s L’Élé area, with a weekly guide for fourteen guests. Its sleeping arrangements can extend to twenty by agreement and supplement, using double-width bunks and a converted children’s den.

The main living level has a high timber roof, broad glazing and a fireplace lounge. A dining table seats fourteen beside the open kitchen and breakfast bar. A wraparound balcony faces Pleney and Pointe de Nyon, with a television snug and upper children’s den offering further space.

A private outdoor hot tub and sauna form the wellness area. There is an office, laundry and a ski room with heated boot racks. Six outdoor parking places are advertised; the garage is for storage, rather than guest car parking.

Five adult double bedrooms include three that can become twins. Each has its own bathroom. The sixth room contains four double-width bunk beds, best used by four guests but able to sleep eight by arrangement. The den can add two sleeping places, sharing another bedroom’s bathroom; its separate WC is below the stairs.

The catered package includes daily breakfast and afternoon tea, canapés and a five-course dinner on five evenings, selected open-bar drinks, daily hosting and housekeeping, and a 24-hour on-call Morzine/Les Gets driver. Extra guests, transfers, premium requests and other services are separately quoted.

Morzine

Location & skiing

In L’Élé above the road between Morzine and Montriond. The main Morzine gondolas are a short drive away using the included on-call service. The town can also be approached via the suspension bridge; confirm the winter walking route and journey times.
