About the property

Chalet Vicuña is a luxury ski chalet in Verbier’s Les Esserts neighbourhood, offering six en suite bedrooms for twelve guests. Its interiors combine natural timber, marble finishes and furnishings, with mountain views that bring the surrounding landscape into everyday life.

The first floor is devoted to gathering and entertaining. A raised sitting area centres on a double sided fireplace, while tall windows illuminate the lounge and dining space. Two kitchens offer flexibility, including an informal island for breakfast and a preparation kitchen that can be closed off during service. A wraparound balcony makes an inviting extension of the living areas.

Downstairs, the private spa gives quieter days a purpose of their own. Swim in the indoor pool, relax in the integrated hot tub, or alternate between the sauna, hammam and cold plunge. A gym and treatment room complete the wellness facilities, with massages arranged at additional cost. The cinema lounge, bar and wine cave provide further places to unwind.

Five double bedrooms and one twin bedroom accommodate the group. The master suite adds a fireplace, sitting area, dressing space and private balcony. Three ground floor doubles open towards the garden, while every bedroom has its own bathroom or shower room.

Vicuña is offered with a staffed service or on a self catered basis with housekeeping. The staffed package includes a chef and resort chauffeur; food and drinks are charged separately. Ski storage with boot warmers, laundry facilities and one space in a shared garage make this a practical Verbier retreat.

Top floor: master double suite (room 5) with fireplace, sitting area, private balcony, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with hammam shower; double room 6 with private balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower.

First floor: open-plan living and dining areas, two kitchen spaces and wraparound balcony.

Ground floor: three double bedrooms (rooms 1–3), each with garden access and an en-suite shower room; twin room 4 with en-suite shower room; ski and boot room; laundry.

Lower ground floor: indoor pool with integrated hot tub, sauna, hammam, cold plunge, treatment room, gym, cinema/TV lounge, bar and wine cave.

Location & skiing

Les Esserts, just off Route du Golf, Verbier, Switzerland. Approximate drives: Carrefour at the top of Le Rouge two minutes; Les Esserts and Savoleyres three minutes; Médran seven minutes; Place Centrale five minutes. Access is by road rather than a confirmed ski-in/ski-out route.

Rates & your stay

High-season guide: CHF 149,750 per week.

Winter 2026–27 advertised staffed guest rates: CHF 109,000 for seven nights from 10 January 2027 and CHF 149,750 for seven nights from 7 February 2027. Exclusive use for twelve guests. Food and drinks are additional, at cost plus applicable local VAT. Indicative prices and availability require confirmation. Self-catered stays with housekeeping are quoted separately.

Staffed service includes a chalet manager, chef, hosts, housekeeping and an in-resort driver from 8am to 1am. Breakfast and afternoon tea service are daily; dinner service is on six nights. Linen, towels, toiletries and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Airport transfers, lunches, ski passes, equipment, instructors, childcare and treatments are extra. One parking space is in a shared garage.
