About the property

Chalet Tuftra Findelbach is a contemporary Zermatt retreat designed for a larger family gathering. Set in Winkelmatten, it combines broad Matterhorn views with an extensive wellness floor and flexible sleeping accommodation. Standard catered pricing covers fourteen guests; additional beds may allow up to seventeen by prior agreement.

The upper living floor is arranged around a central fireplace, with glazing framing the mountains. A large oak dining table accommodates the group comfortably, while the balcony provides another place to enjoy the outlook. A study area supports occasional work, and a television snug gives children or quieter guests a separate retreat.

The wellness facilities include a gym, sauna, hammam, onsen bath and treatment room, with a hot tub outside. Seven dedicated bedrooms include double or twin rooms, a children's bunk room and a room with an additional cabin bed. The snug can become an eighth sleeping room, using shared shower facilities; it is not an additional permanent bedroom.

The advertised catered package includes meals, drinks and an arrival transfer from Zermatt station. The precise occupancy and supplements must be agreed before booking. A lift and ski room assist everyday movement around the property. The Matterhorn Express is roughly 400 metres away, with a nearby ski bus and conditional ski access via the Moos route. Central Zermatt is approximately fifteen minutes on foot.

Zermatt

Location & skiing

Winkelmatten, around 400 metres from Matterhorn Express. Ski return via Moos when conditions permit; morning access involves roughly 100 metres walking to the meadow or the nearby bus. Centre about fifteen minutes walking.
