About the property

Chalet Toda is a smaller Lech home with a traditional Austrian character and enough space for a family to spend time together. A timber staircase rises above the fireplace lounge, while the separate dining area features built-in seating and detailed woodwork. The kitchen opens onto a terrace, and a television lounge offers another place to relax after skiing.

Three bedrooms occupy the first floor, each with a private balcony. Two share a bathroom containing a bath, shower and sauna; the third has an en-suite shower room. The normal arrangement sleeps six, with a sofa bed in the television lounge available for one additional adult or two children by agreement.

The Rüfikopf cable car is approximately 350 metres away, around six minutes on foot, with the Schlegelkopf lift area across the village. Ski storage with boot warmers and two outdoor parking spaces are provided.

Breakfast and housekeeping are advertised, with chef, butler, chauffeur and other services arranged by quotation. Confirm the chosen package, extra guests and the complete stay price for your dates. The location is a village setting, rather than direct access to a downhill ski piste.

Sleeping & living spaces

Three upper-floor bedrooms each have balcony access. Two use a shared bathroom with bath, shower and sauna; the third has its own shower room. A sofa bed in the television lounge can accommodate one extra adult or two children by request, in addition to the usual six guests.

Lech

Location & skiing

In Lech, approximately 350 metres from the Rüfikopf cable car and 600 metres from the Schlegelkopf and Lech–Oberlech lift area. Central restaurants and shops are within roughly ten minutes on foot. The property is reached from the village rather than directly from a downhill piste.

This is a guide for the base accommodation arrangement, not a confirmed price for fully catered service.
