About the property

Chalet Sundara is a contemporary four-bedroom retreat above Chamonix, with a south-facing setting in Les Moussoux. The angular roofline and broad glazed frontage give the main living space an open connection to the mountains. Eight guests can stay in four ground-floor bedrooms arranged around a private courtyard.

The upper living room brings lounge seating, dining and a fitted kitchen together beneath a high timber ceiling. A fireplace creates a comfortable evening focus, while large windows frame the Mont Blanc massif. A sun terrace and outdoor lounge provide further places to enjoy clear weather.

The courtyard contains a sunken outdoor hot tub. Inside, a sauna, hammam and Turkish-style shower create a private wellness area. The master double has a bathroom with a shower and terrace access; three further rooms can be configured as doubles or twins and each has its own shower room. Their position around the courtyard gives the bedrooms a quieter setting apart from the principal social space.

The published rental is self catered, with catering and other services available by request. A garage, laundry facilities and heated boot storage support the stay. Brévent is approximately ten minutes away on foot, and central Chamonix around fifteen. Aiguille du Midi is roughly six minutes by car. Sundara is well suited to a small group seeking private spa facilities and a convenient valley base.

South-facing Les Moussoux hillside above Chamonix. Brévent approximately ten minutes walking; town centre fifteen. Aiguille du Midi about seventeen minutes on foot or six minutes driving.
