About the property

Chalet Sun Arbois brings spaces and leisure facilities to Megève's Mont d'Arbois hillside. This 1,100 square metre home accommodates a maximum of eighteen guests across eight bedrooms, with family sleeping arrangements agreed before arrival.

The reception rooms combine timber, stone and soft grey furnishings with expansive mountain views. Several lounge areas allow guests to gather together or settle into smaller groups, while the wraparound terrace connects the interior to its setting. A separate formal dining room seats eighteen, alongside a more informal dining space and a professional kitchen.

The private spa includes an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and hammam. There is also a gym, a massage room and a hair salon, giving the chalet considerable appeal for guests who enjoy time away from the slopes. Treatments and specialist appointments can be arranged separately.

Entertainment continues with a cinema, television lounge and a nightclub area equipped with DJ decks. A wine cellar and a cigar room set against exposed mountain rock add distinctive spaces for the evening. These facilities make the property particularly suitable for a group seeking a varied stay within one private home.

The bedrooms include a substantial master suite, several double rooms, a room with two double beds and a children's dormitory. Available beds do not increase the eighteen-person booking limit. Staff accommodation is separate.

A chef, butler and housekeeping team are included, with food and drinks charged additionally. An internal lift, four garage spaces and heated boot storage support stays close to the Mont d'Arbois gondola.

Garden floor: room with two doubles; two additional doubles; separate staff accommodation. Lower floor: double and five-child dormitory. Eight guest bedrooms; eighteen-person maximum, typically twelve adults and six children; unused physical beds do not increase occupancy. Pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, gym, treatment room, hair salon, cinema, nightclub/DJ equipment, wine cellar, cigar room, lift, four-car garage and ski storage.
