About the property

Chalet Serge offers a compact alternative to a large standalone chalet in Cortina d’Ampezzo. It occupies the upper levels above the restaurant at Dolomiti Lodge Alverà, with timber interiors, tall glazing and a long balcony facing the mountains. An open living and dining area is complemented by a mezzanine TV lounge. Its private wellness space includes a hydromassage tub, sauna and hammam, while the hotel’s pool and fitness facilities are shared with other guests.

Four bedrooms sleep seven: a master double, a flexible double or twin, a single and a further double or twin on a mezzanine. Each has private shower facilities, with the mezzanine room’s shower below its sleeping area. Two bedrooms share balcony access. The layout includes a professional kitchen, outdoor parking and use of the hotel’s shared ski room. Stairs and mezzanine access should be considered when allocating rooms to children or guests with mobility needs.
