About the property

Chalet Sapphire is a six-bedroom luxury chalet in Morzine for twelve guests, with 835 m² of accommodation in private gated grounds. Its private pool, spa and varied living areas make it a substantial base for a catered mountain holiday.

A high timber roof spans the main lounge, with several seating areas, a fireplace and views towards the surrounding mountains. The dining space sits beside an open show kitchen, with a separate preparation kitchen behind it. A terrace with a firepit, a bar with a pool table and a cinema provide further places to gather.

The private spa combines an indoor pool with jets, an outdoor hot tub, barrel sauna, hammam, ice chamber and hydrotherapy shower. Fitness facilities and a treatment room complete the wellness offering. There is ski and boot storage with warmers, laundry facilities and outdoor parking.

All six bedrooms can be arranged as doubles or twins and have en-suite bath or shower facilities. Some open onto balconies or a terrace; two feature freestanding baths. This listing covers the main twelve-person chalet. The neighbouring Little Gem annexe and the larger Sapphire Gem or Sapphire Estate combination are not included.

The selected catered package includes daily breakfast and afternoon tea, dinner on five evenings, selected drinks/open-bar service, housekeeping and an on-call resort driver. Confirm menus, drink inclusions and operating hours in the dated quotation. Treatments, lift passes, equipment, lessons, airport transfers and childcare are extra.

Sleeping & living spaces

Six en-suite double/twin bedrooms across several levels. Two principal rooms are on the upper sleeping floor, three rooms occupy a lower sleeping level, and one double/twin with terrace is on the lowest sleeping level. Living/dining/kitchen areas, fireplace, cinema, bar and pool table. Private pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, hammam, ice chamber, fitness and treatment facilities. Twelve guests in the main chalet; the Little Gem annexe is excluded.

Location & skiing

In private gated grounds close to the suspension bridge leading towards Super Morzine. The source gives roughly one minute by car to the bridge, around five minutes to Pleney and ten minutes on foot to the centre. Confirm the bridge route, winter conditions and driver arrangements for your dates. The map marks the sourced approximate chalet position, not a verified entrance.

Winter 2026–27 guide for currently priced seven-night fully catered dates: EUR 36,200 – EUR 53,400.
