About the property

Chalet Rytola provides an alpine base close to central Chamonix, with views towards Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. Its 280 square metres accommodate eight guests across four ensuite bedrooms, with space for three additional guests in the television snug.

The upper living area combines timber flooring, exposed stone and modern furniture beneath a pitched roof. Large windows bring the mountains into view, while a fireplace creates a natural gathering point after skiing. The dining table sits alongside an equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare meals and spend evenings together.

Outside, the terrace offers another setting for relaxing in the fresh mountain air. An outdoor hot tub provides space to unwind after a day exploring the valley. The separate television snug gives children or other guests an alternative to the main lounge.

On the ground floor, the master double has an open bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. Two twin bedrooms each have a private shower room. A further double bedroom upstairs also has its own shower room and toilet.

The snug can sleep three extra guests and has access to a toilet. Its sleeping arrangements and use of bathing facilities should be confirmed when planning the group allocation.

Brévent is approximately three minutes away by car, while central Chamonix is around ten minutes away on foot. Garage parking, ski and boot storage and laundry facilities support winter stays. Self-catered bookings include midweek housekeeping. Catering, additional housekeeping and driving services can be arranged separately for a supplement.

Four ensuite bedrooms for eight: ground-floor master double with open bathroom, walk-in shower and separate WC; two ground-floor twin rooms with shower rooms and WCs; second-floor double with shower room and WC. Upper-floor TV snug can sleep three additional guests and has a WC; bathing arrangements to be confirmed. Outdoor hot tub, terrace, fireplace, equipped kitchen, garage, ski/boot room and laundry. Neighbouring Kea, Chouca and combined Le Nid des Pecles capacities excluded.

Location & skiing

Close to central Chamonix, around ten minutes on foot. Brévent approximately three minutes by car, Flégère eight minutes and Aiguille du Midi seven minutes. Valley transport available by separate arrangement.
