About the property

Chalet Orca offers a spacious contemporary alpine retreat in Le Fornet, at the upper end of Val d'Isère. Across 450 square metres, five bedrooms accommodate up to twelve adults and two children, with extensive private wellness facilities.

The principal lounge rises beneath a double-height ceiling, with broad glazing framing the mountain landscape. A fireplace gives the seating area a welcoming focus, while carefully chosen furnishings combine natural textures with a modern mountain style.

The dining area flows towards the kitchen and breakfast bar, creating an inviting setting for shared meals. A balcony extends from the communal rooms, offering another place to appreciate the surrounding scenery in suitable conditions.

The private spa includes an indoor swimming pool, an overflowing stone Jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. Fitness equipment provides space for exercise away from the slopes. A mezzanine games area offers a pool table, television seating and a bar for relaxed evenings.

Four principal bedrooms occupy the first floor, including a master with a fireplace and balcony access. A ground floor family room contains two double beds and two upper single bunks. Individual bathing facilities serve each room, with the family configuration agreed before arrival.

Le Fornet gondola is approximately five minutes away on foot, while central Val d'Isère is around four minutes by car. A lift, garage with charging facilities, laundry and heated boot storage add convenience. Staffed packages include a chef, butler, daily housekeeping and resort driving. Food and drinks cost extra. The adjoining Chalet Orso is a separate rental property.
