About the property

Chalet Olivier brings contemporary alpine design and an collection of leisure spaces to Megève's Mont d'Arbois area. Six bedrooms accommodate twelve adults and two children, with a family room providing the additional bunk beds.

The main reception room makes an immediate impression through its double-height ceiling, large windows and pale timber finishes. A marble fireplace anchors the lounge, while the dining area seats fourteen for meals together. There is further seating in the kitchen, and an upstairs television lounge with a bar creates another place to gather. Balconies and a private garden connect the house with its mountain setting.

A private indoor swimming pool and hot tub sit at the centre of the wellness facilities. A sauna, hammam, gym and massage room complete the space, allowing guests to plan a relaxed afternoon without leaving the chalet. Treatments can be arranged at an additional charge.

Entertainment continues in the eleven-seat cinema, billiards room and indoor pétanque area. Table football and a second bar add variety for evenings at home. The chalet is particularly well suited to groups who appreciate several activities under one roof.

The bedrooms include a top-floor master suite and a family room with two upper bunks. A lower-level double receives daylight through a skylight rather than a conventional window. A chef, butler and daily housekeeping are included; food and drinks cost extra. Six garage spaces, an electric vehicle charger, laundry facilities and heated boot storage support the stay, with the nearest lifts approximately two minutes away by car.

Upper master with balcony, dressing area and bath/shower. Main bedroom floor has family double with two upper bunks and three further doubles, all with shower rooms. Lower double has a skylight but no conventional window and private shower room. Twelve adults/two children. Private pool/Jacuzzi, sauna/hammam, gym, massage room, eleven-seat cinema, TV lounge/bar, billiards/table football, indoor pétanque, six-car garage/EV charger, garden, ski room and laundry.
