About the property

Chalet Norel brings the character of a renovated farmhouse to a slopeside setting in Les Houches, within the Chamonix Valley. Its 350 square metres accommodate twelve guests in five bedrooms, combining timber interiors with wellness facilities and views towards Mont Blanc.

The upper living floor is arranged beneath vaulted ceilings, with skylights introducing natural light throughout the room. A sunken lounge gathers around a central fireplace, creating a setting after skiing. The dining table seats the full group, while a large equipped kitchen and island support relaxed meals together.

Broad windows open towards a balcony overlooking the valley. On the terrace below, an outdoor hot tub provides another place to appreciate the mountain setting. Inside, a sauna and steam room offer quieter wellness spaces, and a mezzanine TV lounge creates an additional retreat away from the main living floor.

Four double bedrooms can be prepared with twin beds, alongside a four-person bunk room. Three bedrooms have private ensuite facilities; another double and the bunk room share a connecting bathroom. The upper bedroom also includes a bathtub within the room. Confirm the preferred configuration before arrival, especially when travelling as several families.

The chalet accesses the black Kandahar piste, with ski access dependent on conditions and ability. Prarion is approximately six minutes away by car, and Bellevue around eight minutes away. Chamonix centre is a longer drive along the valley. Catered stays include chef service, drinks and daily housekeeping, with self-catered packages available separately. Five rooms for twelve. Upper double/twin with bathtub in bedroom and ensuite shower. Ground two double/twins with terrace access and private ensuite bathrooms; one double/twin and one four-person bunk room share Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Upper open living/dining/kitchen, mezzanine TV lounge, terrace hot tub, sauna, hammam and ski/boot room. No pool or dedicated cinema claimed.

Location & skiing

Les Houches, Chamonix Valley, beside the black World Cup Kandahar piste. Ski access depends on snow and ability. Prarion about six minutes by car, Bellevue eight; central Chamonix approximately fifteen to seventeen minutes.

Winter 2026/27 catered seven-night prices include €22,500 for 28 November 2026 and €30,300 for 13 February 2027. Checked 23 October 2026. Chef service, drinks and daily housekeeping included; driving services extra. One double and bunk room share a bathroom. Kandahar ski access is via a black piste, subject to conditions and ability.
