About the property

Chalet Nanook is a five-bedroom chalet in a residential part of Morzine, with 240 m² arranged over three floors. Five en-suite doubles accommodate ten guests, with a private hot tub and sauna for time between ski days.

The top floor brings the lounge, dining table and kitchen together beneath exposed timber beams. Wide windows and a balcony take in views along the valley. A log burner stands against a stone wall, while a television snug with a games console sits behind the kitchen.

A terrace off the bedroom level has an outdoor hot tub and access towards the garden. The sauna is on the lowest floor. There is a ski room with heated boot storage, a two-car garage and an additional outdoor parking place.

The principal double suite has a balcony, freestanding bathtub and separate en-suite shower room. Three further doubles are on the same sleeping floor, one with an en-suite bathroom and two with shower rooms. A fifth double with its own shower room is on the ground floor. Twin configurations are not promised.

The displayed bed-and-breakfast package includes daily continental breakfast, an in-resort shuttle and the advertised mid-week housekeeping and towel change. Dinners, drinks and other additional services are quoted separately. Confirm shuttle hours in your quotation.

In a quiet residential area near the entrance to Morzine. Pleney, Super Morzine and the town centre are around five minutes by car according to the listing. The nearest bus stop is approximately eight to ten minutes on foot; a bakery is less than ten minutes away on foot. Confirm the winter walking route and shuttle schedule. The map shows the sourced approximate chalet position, not a verified entrance.
