The deluxe spa area includes a 17m indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, Hammam, massage room, and a well-equipped gym. Entertainment options include a wet bar with a billiards table, a private bowling alley, video gaming and poker rooms, and a 3D cinema room.

Nine en-suite double bedrooms blend alpine and contemporary elements, with three master suites offering luxurious amenities. Most bedrooms have balcony or terrace access. Ideal for corporate retreats, the chalet also features a 10-person conference room, office space, laundry facilities, and a ski room. Both buildings are connected through a garage and offer elevator access.

Chalet Marmottière enjoys a superb location in Verbier’s exclusive Les Esserts area, sitting less than 100 metres from the Le Rouge piste and the beginner nursery slopes. The nearest lifts — Savoleyres and Médran — are just 2–4 minutes away by chauffeured drive, and the vibrant village centre is reached in about 5 minutes.

High-season guide: CHF 455,320 per week.

Prices are based on exclusive occupancy of the chalet for up to 18 guests and is offered with full staff services including a professional chef, chalet manager, hosting/housekeeper team and in-resort driver service. Food and drink are charged in addition, at cost price plus the local applicable VAT.

The property is also available on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping.

Please note: There is a 2-week minimum stay over Xmas and New Years.
