About the property

Chalet Makini is a luxury chalet in Verbier’s private Hameau development, overlooking a small lake and close to the Le Rouge piste. With seven en suite bedrooms for fourteen guests and approximately 1,150 square metres of space, it offers a setting for a mountain holiday with family or friends.

Natural timber, stone and furnishings give the interiors a warm Alpine character. Three living rooms provide space to gather or find a quieter corner, while the main fireplace creates a welcoming centre for evenings together. Two dining areas and two equipped kitchens support relaxed breakfasts and more formal dinners, prepared around your group’s preferences.

The private wellness floor is a highlight. An indoor swimming pool and hot tub are accompanied by a sauna, hammam, treatment room and gym. Stepping stones lead across the water towards the Jacuzzi, adding a distinctive detail to the spa. A further hammam is located on the upper floor.

Three bedrooms occupy the highest accommodation level, including a master suite with dressing space, sitting area, private balcony and bathroom with separate shower. Four double bedrooms are arranged across the two lower levels, each with its own bathroom or shower room.

A chef, butler, hosts, housekeeping and an in-resort chauffeur form the staffed package; food and drinks are charged separately. Balconies and a furnished terrace overlook the lake, while ski storage, laundry facilities and four parking spaces simplify arrival and daily routines. Nearby slopes are reached on foot, with chauffeur access to Verbier’s lifts, restaurants and village centre.

Verbier

Location & skiing

Le Hameau, Verbier, Switzerland, overlooking a small lake. Approximately two minutes on foot to Le Rouge piste and three minutes to Les Esserts. Approximate drives: Savoleyres three minutes, Médran five minutes and Place Centrale four minutes. Piste access depends on snow conditions; direct ski-in/ski-out access is not promised.

Winter 2026–27 advertised staffed guest rates: CHF 217,000 for seven nights from 13 December 2026 to CHF 319,500 for seven nights from 27 December 2026. Exclusive use by fourteen guests. Food and drinks are additional, at cost plus applicable local VAT. Prices are indicative dated guest rates; final quotation and availability require confirmation.

The staffed package includes a chef, butler, hosts, housekeeping and an in-resort chauffeur from 8am to 1am. Daily breakfast and afternoon tea service, dinner service on six nights, a midweek linen change, daily towel changes, toiletries and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Airport transfers, lunches, skiing costs, childcare, treatments and additional activities are extra. Two garage spaces and two outdoor parking spaces are provided.
