About the property

Chalet M is a five-bedroom mountain home in Morzine's L’Élé neighbourhood, with 300 m² of accommodation and views towards Pleney and Nyon. Four adult double bedrooms and a bunk room provide the advertised twelve-guest arrangement.

A double-height lounge, fireplace and broad south-facing windows anchor the main floor. The dining table sits beside a kitchen with an island and breakfast seating. Doors lead onto a terrace with a firepit, while balconies and a tiered garden offer more outdoor space.

The private outdoor hot tub faces the mountains. On the lower floor, an indoor sauna and hydrotherapy shower provide further relaxation, with a television lounge nearby. There is a ski room with boot warmers and parking for two vehicles.

The principal double/twin suite has a dressing room, balcony and en-suite bath/shower facilities. Two fixed doubles share a balcony and have their own shower rooms; another double/twin sits on the living level. The lower bunk room has four adult-sized bunk places, two optional trundles and its own bathroom. The standard guide covers twelve guests; use of the two extra trundles requires a separate quotation.

The displayed relaxed catered package includes cooked and continental breakfasts, afternoon tea and family-style evening meals on five nights, with selected wine, scheduled resort shuttles and mid-week housekeeping. Location & skiing

In the L’Élé area above Morzine. Super Morzine is around five minutes by car, with the centre and suspension bridge approximately fifteen minutes on foot according to the listing. Pleney and Prodains are each within about ten minutes by car. The bus stop is around five minutes on foot. Confirm winter routes and shuttle times. The map shows the sourced approximate chalet position, not a verified entrance.
