About the property

Chalet L'Orri combines mountain views with a collection of private wellness facilities close to central Chamonix. Five ensuite bedrooms accommodate eleven guests, with flexible rooms and a children's sleeping space suited to families or groups of friends.

The main living floor brings together a lounge, dining area and semi-open kitchen. Timber cladding and a vaulted ceiling create an alpine atmosphere, while large windows frame Mont Blanc and the valley. Sofas face a fireplace, and a breakfast bar keeps the kitchen connected with the room.

A balcony extends the living space outside. Below, a terrace opens onto the garden and provides another setting for time outdoors. These spaces offer alternatives for guests seeking a quieter moment away from the main lounge.

The indoor heated pool has counter-current jets for swimming against the flow. An outdoor hot tub, sauna and hammam provide further ways to unwind after skiing. A cinema room adds a separate setting for evenings indoors, with an office available when work needs attention.

Three double bedrooms on the ground floor open onto the terrace, with one offering a twin arrangement. A further room contains a bunk bed and an additional single, sleeping three. The mezzanine bedroom can also be arranged as a double or twin. Each room has a shower room.

Flégère is approximately four minutes away by car, with Planpraz and central Chamonix around five minutes away. An internal lift, garage, electric vehicle charging point and ski room with boot warmers support stays. Self-catered bookings include midweek housekeeping.

Location & skiing

Chamonix Valley, approximately four minutes by car to Flégère, five to Planpraz and central Chamonix. Bus stop around three minutes on foot. Outdoor and garage parking available.

High-season guide: €25,000 per week.

Winter 2026/27 self-catered seven-night guide: EUR 8,000 for 28 November or 5 December 2026 and EUR 25,000 for selected February 2027 weeks. Checked 26 October 2026.
