About the property

Chalet Les Sapins is a four-suite chalet in the Chavannes area of Les Gets, close to the Bruyère piste. Eight adult bed places and an adjoining small children's room provide a family layout, with a standard guide price for nine guests.

The main living floor combines a fireplace lounge, a long dining table and an open kitchen. A hanging chair and breakfast-bar seating add places to gather, while balconies and broad windows look towards Mont Chéry and the village. A separate TV/games area has a full-size pool table.

The terrace has a private hot tub and barrel sauna looking towards the nearby slope. A ground-floor gym offers equipment for further exercise, with a ski room and boot warmers close by. The games/TV room is a relaxed sitting space rather than a dedicated cinema.

Upper principal double/twin suite with dressing area, freestanding copper bath, en-suite shower and adjoining room for two small children. Main sleeping level: one double/twin with en-suite bathroom and two double/twins with en-suite showers, all with shared balcony access. Four adult suites plus the adjoining children's room. Location & skiing

Approximately fifty metres beside the blue Bruyère piste. The source describes ski-back access into the garden and a short traverse towards the run when snow permits. The Chavannes lifts are reached by skiing down the piste; the centre is less than fifteen minutes away on foot. Confirm the ski route, snow conditions and winter walking access.
