About the property

Chalet La Maison is a six-bedroom catered chalet in the village of Montriond, near Morzine. Its 780 m² interior combines a restored historic building with an extensive private spa, providing accommodation for twelve guests.

Timber beams, generous seating areas and a fireplace give the main living floor its character. A dining room, pool table, grand piano, library area and television snug offer different settings for time together. Balconies and terraces look towards the village and surrounding mountains.

The private spa includes an indoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a barrel sauna, hammam and treatment room. A yoga and Pilates studio offers space to stretch after skiing. Garage parking and a ski room with boot warmers are provided.

Six bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, with four rooms offering a double or twin arrangement. Two upper bedrooms also have freestanding baths. Two first-floor doubles share a small sitting area and balcony access. The neighbouring owner’s residence is excluded; booking it alongside the chalet creates the larger Grande Maison offering.

The selected catered package includes daily breakfast and afternoon tea, dinner on five evenings, selected drinks/open-bar service, housekeeping and an on-call resort driver. Confirm menus, drink inclusions and operating hours in the dated quotation. Treatments, lift passes, equipment, lessons, airport transfers and childcare are extra.

Lower sleeping level: two en-suite double/twin bedrooms. Middle sleeping level: two fixed doubles with en-suite shower rooms and a shared sitting area/balcony. Upper sleeping level: two double/twins with freestanding baths and en-suite shower rooms. Six rooms accommodate twelve guests. Private living/dining spaces, piano, library, TV snug and pool table; pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, sauna, hammam, treatment room and yoga/Pilates studio. Garage parking and ski room. Owner’s annexe excluded.

Location & skiing

In Montriond village square, with local shops and restaurants nearby. Published driving estimates are about seven minutes to Pleney, ten to Ardent for access towards Avoriaz and Châtel, and eight minutes to central Morzine. Winter routes and chauffeur arrangements are confirmed before arrival. The map marks the sourced approximate chalet position, not a verified entrance.

Winter 2026–27 guide for currently priced seven-night fully catered dates: EUR 39,500 – EUR 78,500. Dinner is included on five evenings, alongside breakfast, afternoon tea, selected drinks, housekeeping and the advertised resort driver service. Optional services and supplements are quoted separately. Request confirmed dates and a complete quotation. The guide covers twelve guests in the main chalet. Up to two additional guests may be quoted separately; the neighbouring owner’s annexe is excluded.
