Chalet Kuma

YOUR ALPINE RETREAT

About the property

Chalet Kuma offers a alpine base beside the Kandahar piste in Les Houches, within the Chamonix Valley. Five bedrooms accommodate up to twelve guests across 372 square metres, with wellness facilities and views towards the Mont Blanc massif.

The main living floor combines timber interiors, large windows and skylights to create a bright shared space. A fireplace anchors the lounge, while the connected dining area and equipped kitchen make meals sociable. Doors open onto a balcony, providing another place to enjoy the mountain setting between activities.

Downstairs, the spa includes an indoor swimming pool with massage jets and a counter-current system. A sauna, hammam and relaxation area offer further ways to unwind after skiing. A separate TV lounge, with its own fireplace, provides an alternative setting for films or games away from the main living room.

The upper master bedroom includes private balconies, a dressing area and a bathroom with a shower. Three further double bedrooms occupy the main sleeping level, alongside a four-person bunk room. Bathroom and WC arrangements vary between these rooms, so confirm the allocation that best suits your group before arrival.

Ski access follows the black Kandahar run and depends on conditions and skiing ability. Prarion can also be reached in approximately six minutes by car, with Bellevue around eight minutes away. A garage, ski room and laundry facilities support winter routines. Catered stays include chef service, drinks and daily housekeeping; self-catered options are available separately. Confirm your dates, service package and final quotation before booking.
