About the property

Chalet Kitsune brings contemporary design to a slopeside setting in Val d'Isère's Legettaz area. Its 333 square metres accommodate ten guests across five bedrooms, with a private indoor swimming pool and sauna.

The principal living floor combines pale timber, light fabrics and marble details. Broad windows and French doors bring daylight into the open space, while seating areas gather around a fireplace.

A dining table seats the full group beside the equipped kitchen. The adjoining outdoor space connects with the piste, allowing guests to enjoy the mountain setting as well as convenient ski access when conditions allow.

The lower wellness floor includes a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna, with loungers providing space between swims. A separate television lounge creates another retreat for film evenings or younger guests, allowing the main lounge to remain available for conversation.

Five bedrooms include doubles and flexible twin arrangements. One upper double has a balcony and its own shower and toilet. Other rooms have individual shower facilities or separate private bathing rooms, but several share toilets on their respective floors. Groups should review this arrangement before confirming their stay.

A short ski down the lower blue piste leads towards Val d'Isère's main snowfront, while the village centre is less than five minutes away by car. Staffed packages include breakfast preparation, chef and hosting service on five evenings, daily housekeeping and scheduled shared shuttles. Food and drinks cost extra. Dedicated driving, instruction and full catering upgrades are quoted separately. Parking and laundry facilities add convenience.
