About the property

Chalet Kantaa combines a contemporary interior with a Rochebrune setting above Megève. The 520 square metre chalet welcomes ten adults and six children across six bedrooms, with a private spa and varied spaces for evenings at home.

The main living floor centres on a striking black fireplace. Soft seating, colourful furnishings and exposed timber create an informal gathering place, while broad windows draw attention towards the surrounding countryside. Terraces extend the living space outdoors.

An open dining and kitchen area keeps meals sociable, whether guests cook together or arrange a private chef. A separate bar and billiards room provide another place to gather after skiing, and the cinema offers a comfortable setting for a film.

The wellness area includes an indoor Jacuzzi, hammam and treatment room. Gym facilities support exercise without leaving the chalet. An internal lift, laundry facilities and heated boot storage add practical convenience, while the garage provides covered parking.

Two principal bedroom suites occupy different levels and open onto private outdoor spaces. Three further double rooms have individual bathing facilities. A children's dormitory with three sets of bunks completes the six-bedroom arrangement, with its own shower room and a separate nearby toilet.

A walk of approximately one hundred metres reaches the green Capucine piste, which leads towards the Rochebrune gondola. Megève centre is around ten minutes away by car. Self-catered stays include daily housekeeping and a midweek linen change. A chef, breakfast service, chalet host and resort driving can be arranged separately to suit the group's plans.

Lower level: double with en-suite shower; children's dormitory with three bunk beds/six children, en-suite shower and separate adjacent toilet. Six rooms, ten adults/six children. Location & skiing

Rochebrune, Megève, beside countryside above the village. Around 100m on foot to green Capucine piste, leading towards Rochebrune gondola. Centre approximately ten minutes by car or thirty minutes on foot. No direct ski-in/out claim.

Winter 2026/27 self-catered seven-night guide: EUR 29,500 for 5 December 2026 and EUR 59,500 for 26 December 2026. Daily housekeeping, welcome massage and midweek linen change included; chef, breakfast, host and driving optional at extra cost. Maximum ten adults and six children.
