About the property

Chalet Hibou offers an retreat above central Chamonix, with views across the Mont Blanc massif. Five ensuite bedrooms accommodate eight guests in double rooms and four more in a bunk room, making the chalet suited to families and groups travelling together.

The main living floor combines tall ceilings, broad windows and furnishings. Sofas gather around the fireplace, creating a setting for evenings after skiing. The equipped kitchen includes a breakfast island, while the neighbouring dining table gives the group space to share meals without leaving the conversation.

Doors open onto a terrace overlooking the mountains. The chalet’s outdoor spaces provide room to enjoy the alpine setting between excursions into town or days on the slopes. Inside, an indoor swim-spa pool and sauna create a wellness area, allowing guests to choose a gentle swim or a quieter period of relaxation.

A separate TV snug provides another setting for films and games. Four double bedrooms can be arranged as twins, while the four-person bunk room offers a practical option for children. Each bedroom has bath or shower facilities, and one double opens onto the terrace shared with the living room.

The Brévent lift is approximately ten minutes away on foot, with central Chamonix around fifteen minutes walking or four minutes by car. A garage and ski room with heated boot storage simplify winter stays. Self-catered packages include housekeeping every other day; catered stays are quoted separately. Above Chamonix centre. Approximately ten minutes on foot to Brévent lift and fifteen minutes to the main high street, or four minutes by car to town. Not represented as ski-in/ski-out.

High-season guide: €21,000 per week.

Winter 2026/27 self-catered seven-night published prices include €10,600 for selected November, December or April weeks and €21,000 for 19 December 2026. Checked 23 October 2026.
