About the property

Chalet Goûter is a six-bedroom catered chalet near central Morzine, with a guide price covering twelve guests. An additional two children can use bunk places in a family room by agreement and possible supplement.

The two upper floors divide the lounge and bar from the kitchen and dining area. The top sitting room has broad windows, a fireplace and a separate television corner. Below, the dining table and kitchen island share a second sociable space opening towards the terrace.

The terrace has a private outdoor hot tub and outdoor dining area with mountain views. An entrance-level ski room contains heated boot dryers, and off-road parking is available. A separate private apartment shown on the entrance floorplan is excluded from the rental.

Six double/twin bedrooms have their own bath or shower rooms. Four are on the first floor, including the family room with two additional bunk places. Two more occupy the second floor. Two first-floor rooms share access to a balcony.

The catered guide includes breakfast, afternoon tea, four-course dinners on five evenings and wine with the evening meal. Two mornings have continental breakfast only. A daily ski-lift shuttle is advertised from 08:00 to 19:30, with a mid-week towel change. Transfers, premium extras and any additional guests require a separate quotation.

Location & skiing

Near Morzine’s centre, around three minutes by car to Pleney and four to Super Morzine. The source estimates about ten minutes on foot to the upper high street.
