About the property

Chalet Genepi is a six-bedroom self-catered home near Morzine’s Pleney slopes, sleeping ten adults and two bunk-room guests. A private hot tub, games room and fitness equipment complement the four-floor layout.

The top floor combines a fireplace lounge, dining table and kitchen beneath exposed roof beams. Terraces face the Pleney slopes. On the garden level, a second lounge, bar, kitchenette and pool table form a separate entertainment room.

A private hot tub is on the garden level. Fitness equipment includes free weights, a rowing machine and an exercise bike. Heated boot and glove racks, laundry and two indoor parking places are provided.

The upper family suite contains a principal double and a separate two-place bunk room sharing a Jack-and-Jill shower. Three double/twins and one fixed double occupy the two lower sleeping levels, each with an en-suite shower. The nearby Chalet 46°, Apartment 6° and Lodge Des Nants are separate properties and excluded.

Private self-catered accommodation includes concierge assistance, the advertised welcome pack, linens, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Meals, groceries, daily housekeeping and an optional resort driver cost extra.
