About the property

Chalet d’Espoir is a catered Morzine chalet with six adult bedrooms and a separate small children’s bunk room. The weekly guide covers twelve guests; two children may be added by agreement and supplement.

The principal lounge curves around a fireplace and opens towards a south-facing outlook. A large dining table stands beside the kitchen and breakfast bar. A lower television lounge gives the group another place to gather, with balconies and a terrace facing Pleney and Nyon.

A private outdoor hot tub sits on the terrace. Laundry, heated boot storage and parking with an advertised EV charging point are available. Confirm parking access and charging terms before arrival.

Six double/twin bedrooms have their own bath or shower facilities. The principal suite has a balcony and dressing room. The seventh room contains two children’s bunk places and shares another bedroom’s shower; a separate WC is available on the ground floor.

The catered package includes breakfast, afternoon tea and four-course dinner on five evenings with wine. Two mornings have continental breakfast only. A ski-lift shuttle is advertised from 08:00 to 19:30, with a mid-week towel change. Extra children, transfers and optional services are quoted separately.

Morzine

Location & skiing

In a private residential enclave around ten minutes on foot from central Morzine. Super Morzine is approximately 750 metres away, with the main lifts a short drive. A bus stop is around fifty metres from the chalet. Confirm winter walking routes and lift-shuttle times.
