About the property

Chalet des Fermes de Marie offers an alpine home beside the hotel of the same name in Megève. Its 400 square metres accommodate ten guests across five bedrooms, with a private wellness area and access to shared hotel facilities.

The living floor combines exposed beams, timber finishes and a substantial fireplace. A double-height lounge creates space to gather, with a desk area for occasional work. The adjoining dining room opens towards a covered terrace overlooking the surrounding valley.

An equipped kitchen includes another eating area, providing flexibility for breakfast or meals at home. The garden and terrace offer outdoor places to relax, while the chalet's traditional architecture maintains a sense of connection with its mountain setting.

The private spa includes an indoor hot tub, sauna, treatment space and fitness equipment. Guests also have access to the neighbouring hotel's swimming pools and broader wellness facilities. These hotel amenities are shared, providing additional options without being part of the chalet's private spa.

Five bedrooms can be arranged as doubles or twins. The upper principal bedroom has an open bathroom with shower, another bedroom occupies the main floor, and three further rooms are on the ground floor. Each room has individual bathing facilities.

Central Megève is approximately five minutes away on foot, with Chamois gondola around eight minutes away. Garage parking adds convenience for arrivals by car. Breakfast packages include afternoon tea, daily housekeeping and hotel access. A chef, butler, treatments and driving services can be arranged separately to suit the group's plans.
