About the property

Chalet de Blaye combines a Megève setting with walking access to the village. The 350 square metre home accommodates ten adults and five children across seven bedrooms, with mountain views and spaces for family evenings.

The main living area connects a lounge with the dining room. A fireplace brings warmth to the shared space, while windows draw light across contemporary furnishings. Sofas provide a relaxed place for conversation, games or a pause after skiing.

The kitchen and dining area both open towards the terrace. Outside, the garden and outlook towards Mont Blanc offer another setting for an afternoon drink. The main dining table seats ten, so larger groups should confirm their preferred arrangement before their stay.

A hammam provides a place to unwind after the slopes, while gym equipment supports an indoor workout. The cinema offers an alternative for evenings together, with laundry facilities and heated boot storage adding practical convenience.

The upper bedroom can be arranged as a double or twin and has its own balcony and bathroom. Three further adult rooms occupy the middle level, with balcony access and individual bathing facilities. Below, a four-child bunk room has a bathroom and terrace access. A double and single bedroom share a shower room. Separate toilets serve several of the bathing areas.

The Chamois gondola is approximately ten to twelve minutes away on foot. Megève centre is around eight minutes away walking, with other lifts reached by car. Self-catered stays include daily cleaning, while catering and driving are optional extras.

Megeve

Location & skiing

Quiet Megève district with Mont Blanc views. Centre around eight minutes on foot or four minutes by car. Chamois gondola around ten to twelve minutes walking; Rochebrune and Jaillet lifts about five minutes by car.

High-season guide: €35,000 per week.

Winter 2026/27 self-catered seven-night guide: €4,550 for 11 April 2027 and €35,000 for 21 February 2027. Daily cleaning included; chef, butler and transport optional at additional cost.
