About the property

Chalet Côz sits beside the green Grands Champs piste in Megève, combining direct slope access with a private home. Its 800 square metres are arranged over five floors, with six bedrooms accommodating ten adults and five children.

The main living room occupies an upper floor, where timber finishes, soft seating and a central fireplace create a welcoming place to regroup after skiing. Views extend towards Mont Charvin, and the balcony benefits from a southwesterly outlook. A separate dining room and fitted kitchen support meals prepared by the chalet team.

The private spa brings together an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and hammam, with fitness equipment beside the pool. After a swim, guests can choose between the dedicated cinema and a more informal television lounge with a bar. A reading and office area offers a quieter alternative when everyone follows a different rhythm.

Five double bedrooms include a master suite with its own fireplace and dressing room. A separate dormitory contains five single beds suitable only for children. An internal lift connects the principal floors, while staff accommodation is kept separate from the guest capacity.

The fully staffed arrangement includes a private chef, butler and daily housekeeping. Food and drinks are charged additionally, and a driver can be requested separately. Garage parking for five cars, laundry facilities and heated boot storage make the practical side of the stay straightforward. The Rochebrune lift is nearby, with skiing dependent on snow conditions and lift operations. Megève's village centre is approximately a kilometre away.

Lower guest floor has five-single dormitory for CHILDREN ONLY with dressing area and bathroom. Ten adults/five children. Private pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, fitness equipment, cinema, TV lounge/bar, office, lift, five-car garage, laundry and ski room. Ski access depends on snow and lift operation; staff apartment excluded.
