About the property

Chalet Couttet offers a contemporary retreat in Chamonix’s Les Pèlerins district, with views towards the Mont Blanc massif. Its 550 square metres are arranged over three levels, accommodating ten guests in five ensuite bedrooms with space for both relaxed gatherings and quieter moments.

The main living floor brings the lounge, dining area and kitchen into one space. Tall glazing and exposed timber frame the mountain setting, while a wood burner adds warmth to evenings at home. An island kitchen anchors the room, making independent meals and informal entertaining easy.

Outside, an extensive terrace and garden provide several places to sit, dine or enjoy the alpine air. The heated swimming pool operates throughout the year, with a protective cover during winter. A separate outdoor hot tub complements the indoor sauna and hammam, while a yoga studio offers a calm space for stretching after skiing.

Entertainment continues downstairs with a cinema lounge, projector and surround sound. A second lounge includes a drinks area and pool table, creating another setting for evenings together. Practical facilities include laundry equipment, parking and a ski room with boot warmers.

Two master bedrooms have freestanding baths and ensuite shower rooms. Three further bedrooms can be arranged with double or twin beds; the Penguin and Fox rooms can form a family area. Central Chamonix and the Planpraz gondola are approximately seven minutes away by car. Self-catered stays include midweek housekeeping and morning bread delivery. Ground floor spa/yoga, cinema, games lounge/bar and pool table. Main living level lounge, dining and kitchen.
