About the property

Chalet Col Pers offers a mountain retreat in Le Fornet, at the upper end of Val d'Isère. Five bedrooms accommodate up to fourteen guests, with private wellness facilities and spacious communal rooms.

The principal lounge combines timber beams, a high ceiling and a stone fireplace. Comfortable seating creates a natural gathering point after skiing, while a piano adds character to the room and its alpine setting.

A separate dining area accommodates shared meals, with a smaller table providing an informal alternative. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar, and a broad balcony extends the living space outdoors towards the surrounding mountain scenery.

The private wellness area includes a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and hammam. Fitness facilities provide room for exercise away from the slopes, while a massage room allows treatments to be arranged separately.

Four principal bedrooms offer double or twin arrangements and individual bathrooms or shower rooms. Two have private balconies. A fifth dormitory-style bedroom contains two double beds and two upper single bunks, accommodating four to six guests depending on the agreed group arrangement.

Le Fornet gondola is approximately three minutes away on foot, while Val d'Isère's main snowfront is around five minutes by car. The village centre is around four minutes driving. Staffed packages include a chef and butler for mealtimes, dinner service on six evenings, daily housekeeping and resort driving for twelve hours. Food and drinks cost extra. An internal lift, garage, laundry facilities and heated boot storage support comfortable stays for larger groups.
