About the property

Chalet Chêne combines a substantial private mountain home with access to La Mourra Hotel Village in Val d'Isère. Its 550 square metres accommodate up to sixteen guests across seven bedrooms, with extensive wellness and entertainment facilities.

The top floor living area features reclaimed timber, substantial beams and a prominent stone fireplace. Deep seating creates a welcoming place to gather, while large windows bring light across the room and connect it with the terrace.

An adjoining dining area accommodates shared meals, with a separate kitchen supporting the chalet's chef service. A breakfast bar offers additional seating, and the open arrangement allows conversation to flow between the principal communal spaces.

The private wellness floor includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and massage room. A separate cinema provides another setting for evenings at home. Guests can also use the neighbouring hotel's facilities, which remain shared rather than part of the chalet's private spa.

Six bedrooms can be arranged as doubles or twins, each with its own bathroom containing both bath and shower. A seventh room accommodates four guests, with the final bed configuration agreed before arrival. An internal lift connects the levels, and private ski storage adds convenience.

The old village's shops and restaurants are nearby, with the main snowfront approximately 250 metres away. A shared hotel shuttle supports journeys to the lifts. Catered stays include breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner service, soft drinks and daily housekeeping. Wines, treatments, childcare, ski arrangements and airport transfers are available separately, with two parking spaces provided.
