About the property

Chalet Black Stone offers a retreat among the trees of Les Bois, with views across the Chamonix Valley. Five ensuite bedrooms accommodate ten guests within 326 square metres, making the chalet a choice for families or friends seeking private wellness facilities.

The main living room combines pale interiors, timber beams and dark window frames. Tall glazing opens the space towards the surrounding scenery, while a fireplace gives the lounge a warm focal point. The dining area and equipped kitchen remain connected, with a bar counter creating another place to gather during meal preparation.

A broad terrace and wraparound balcony extend the living space outdoors. Guests can enjoy mountain views from several seating areas, or return inside for a quieter afternoon in the mezzanine reading space. The garden setting offers a sense of separation from the busier centre of Chamonix.

Wellness facilities include a heated indoor resistance pool, sauna and outdoor hot tub. A cinema room provides evening entertainment and another place for children to relax. Four bedrooms lie on the lower sleeping level, including two configurable as twins; a fifth double bedroom occupies the upper floor.

Flégère is approximately four minutes away by car, with central Chamonix around six minutes away. A tunnel leads to the garage, while an internal lift, laundry facilities and a ski room with boot warmers simplify winter routines. Self-catered stays include daily housekeeping and bakery deliveries.
