About the property

Chalet Black Rock offers a private Les Bois setting with views towards Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi. Five bedrooms accommodate eight adults and two children, with an outdoor hot tub, sauna and separate television lounge providing options after skiing. Timber interiors and contemporary furnishings create a comfortable family retreat.

The principal living floor combines a lounge around the fireplace with dining and kitchen areas. Large windows bring in light and open towards the terrace and garden. The hot tub sits outside, making the mountain outlook part of an evening soak.

The main-floor master double has a bathroom with bath and shower. Three further doubles occupy the upper level, each with its own bathroom or shower room; one opens onto a balcony. A two-person children's bunk room is on the lower level and uses a separate shower room. The sauna and television lounge share that lower part of the accommodation.

The rental is offered self catered, with concierge support available through an optional package. A garage, two outdoor spaces, electric vehicle charging, laundry and ski storage with boot warmers cover the practical essentials. Flégère is around four minutes away by car, while central Chamonix is approximately seven. Nearby bus stops and rail connections provide alternatives for exploring the valley.
