About the property

Chalet Baltus combines a private Megève home with access to the facilities at L'Alpaga Hotel. Its 255 square metres include five principal double bedrooms, with children's sleeping nooks allowing a maximum group of ten adults and two children.

The main living floor opens around a transparent fireplace, with sofas, a dining table and a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar. A television lounge gives guests another place to relax. Windows lead towards a wraparound balcony, while the garden and terrace offer a quieter outdoor setting.

Accommodation is arranged over three floors. The upper master suite has a private balcony, with a second double nearby. Another double is located on the main floor. On the garden level, a bedroom suite and a studio provide privacy, with the studio also offering its own living and kitchen space. Children's beds supplement the principal rooms, and some toilet or shower facilities are separate or shared.

Guests have access to the hotel's shared swimming and spa facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, sauna, hammam and gym. These amenities are not a private chalet pool or spa. Treatments and restaurant dining are available at an additional cost.

The advertised package includes buffet breakfast at the hotel and a scheduled resort shuttle, with a dedicated driver and private chef offered separately. Laundry facilities and parking support the stay. Megève's centre is five minutes away by car, with the Chamois, Jaillet and Rochebrune lift stations reached in around six to seven minutes depending on conditions.

Children's single nook and enclosed studio bed supplement these rooms, within ten-adult/two-child maximum. Some WC/shower arrangements separate/shared.
