About the property

Chalet Abade offers a slopeside mountain home in Val d'Isère's Legettaz area. Across 315 square metres, five bedrooms accommodate eight adults and four children, with an outdoor hot tub and private relaxation facilities.

The principal living area sits beneath a double-height ceiling, where a fireplace anchors generous seating. Timber interiors and modern artwork create a welcoming setting, while broad windows frame the surrounding alpine landscape.

A separate dining area includes another fireplace, creating an inviting place for meals together. Beyond it, the equipped kitchen has a central island and balcony access, allowing the communal rooms to connect with the mountain setting.

An outdoor hot tub sits on the terrace beside the living areas. Inside, a hammam and treatment room provide additional options for unwinding after skiing. A television lounge offers a separate retreat for children or quieter evenings.

The upper accommodation includes a principal double with a balcony and bathroom containing both bath and shower, alongside another double or twin with similar bathing facilities. Two further double or twin bedrooms and a four-child bunk room occupy the lower level, each with individual bathroom or shower facilities.

Ski access leads towards the main snowfront, with the village centre around thirteen minutes walking or three minutes by car. Staffed packages include breakfast preparation, chef and hosting service on five evenings, daily housekeeping and scheduled shared shuttles. Food and drinks cost extra. Dedicated driving and ski instruction require a separately quoted upgrade. Two parking spaces, laundry facilities and heated boot storage add convenience.
