About the property

Brunnenhof 7 is a two-bedroom apartment in Lech for four guests, with 96 m² of accommodation on the second floor of the Brunnenhof Residence. Its private balcony and open living area provide a comfortable base for a self-catered ski holiday, with the residence’s shared wellness facilities available after skiing.

Timber ceilings and walls give the apartment a mountain character, complemented by a deep corner sofa, matching ottomans and vintage ski details. The sitting area flows into a dining space and a kitchen with dark worktops. Balcony doors bring daylight into the main room and open to the Alpine surroundings.

Both bedrooms are doubles with their own en-suite facilities. The principal room has access to the balcony and a bathroom with a separate shower; the second bedroom has a shower room. This is a compact option for two couples or a family comfortable with double beds.

The indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and relaxation area belong to the residence and are shared with its other apartments. A shared ski locker and one parking space are also provided. These are communal facilities rather than a private chalet spa.

The quoted self-catered package includes daily housekeeping and a mid-week towel change. Meals, groceries, treatments and optional services cost extra. Availability and the final service package are confirmed for your requested dates.

Allow approximately nine minutes on foot or two minutes by car to the Schlosskopf chairlift, and around eleven minutes on foot to the resort centre.
