About the property

Brunnenhof 6 is a 4-bedroom luxury ski apartment in Lech for eight guests. Its 130 m² layout occupies the first floor of the Brunnenhof Residence, with access to the building’s shared indoor pool, sauna and hammam.

Exposed beams and timber walls frame an open lounge, dining area and kitchen. A generous sofa, additional seating and a fitted bookcase offer space for evenings together, with terrace access from the two principal sleeping rooms.

Two fixed doubles with terrace access and en-suite bathrooms with separate showers; two double/twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room.

The indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam and relaxation area belong to the residence and are shared with its other apartments. A shared ski locker and one parking space are also provided. These are communal facilities rather than a private chalet spa.

The quoted self-catered package includes daily housekeeping and a mid-week towel change. Meals, groceries, treatments and optional services cost extra. Availability and the final service package are confirmed for your requested dates.

The Brunnenhof Residence is in Lech, with a ski-bus stop outside the building. Allow approximately nine minutes on foot or two minutes by car to the Schlosskopf chairlift, and around eleven minutes on foot to the resort centre. Winter walking conditions and actual travel times vary. The map indicates the sourced approximate residence location, not a verified apartment entrance.
