Arla Luxury Home

YOUR ALPINE RETREAT

About the property

Arla Luxury Home brings three distinct living spaces together for one group near the Tannberg slopes. The arrangement gives families room to share a holiday while retaining separate lounges and quieter corners. Contemporary artwork, timber interiors and fireplaces run through the property, with terraces and balconies looking towards Lech. Two sauna and steam-room areas, a fitness or yoga space and an entertainment room with bar, games and cinema equipment provide options beyond the ski day.

The whole-home arrangement sleeps ten in five bedrooms across the Modern Art Suite, Vintage Suite and Grand Alpine Home. These contain two, one and two bedrooms respectively. Some bathrooms are separate rather than en-suite. This listing covers the combined home, not three additional independent rentals.

Near the Tannberg slopes, around 130 metres from piste access, with a return on skis to roughly eighty metres away when conditions allow. Hotel Aurelio's shared facilities are nearby.

The full-home stay can be arranged with catering and butler service, with drinks charged separately, or on a breakfast basis with housekeeping and a host. Use of Hotel Aurelio's shared spa is advertised. Confirm the service level, bedroom allocation and final inclusions with your quotation.
